Our hours are flexible, because we meet by appointment.  However, the YWCA Cafe is open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 2:30 pm; where most days you can find individual raw Ayurvedic fresh juices.

We believe that there is power in food and harmony in our surroundings, striving for constant balance.

 

Cecilia has spent trained for 2 curriculum years the teachings of Dr. Deepak Chopra; and has continued with graduating from culinary school and then continuing extended education through the Eller college as well as incubation as a business entity with now 5 years of service on record.

A conscious effort has been made to respect bless and enjoy each fruit and vegetable that enters our formulation kitchen. We understand that we are dealing with living things, and that our energy impacts them as much as their energy impacts us.  we work with local farmers, non profits organizations, and small business owners to ensure we commit to our beliefs surrounding the issue of community sustainability.
